A Life Update...

Hello guys...

Well, it appears that once again my life took over and I forgot what blogging was so I thought I would do a quick life update.

Since I last blogged, I have been busy with University and doing assignments, today was my final day there of the year before handing in my last assignment next week (thank god).

I have a new job! I am now a waitress/bar staff within a local Italian Restaurant which I love doing and the people are so lovely to work with.

This week, I have started the bootea diet which is drinking a tea bag a day and a night tea every other night, I go on holiday next month so I need to lose weight before then. Anyone that knows me knows how much I hate my weight so I'm constantly trying new diets.

My life has been none stop recently which is pretty hectic but now I've finished uni, I should hopefully be back into blogging more frequently (hopefully)

At the moment, my life is definitely, ONE BIG SIGH!

Ciao for now...

Somatox Part 2...

Hello guys...

I have finally came to the end of my two week skinny tea-tox. I have found this detox very good, I can't say that I've had any problems with it at all. Unfortunately I have not been too well whilst taking this tea-tox (nothing to do with the tea don't worry) which has resulted in me not eating the best to try and make myself feel a bit better.

Through using the tea and the detox, I have found that I have started to feel better within myself, this tea stops you from feeling hungry throughout the day which is great if you're a snacker! I have also found that this tea really helps you to 'de-bloat' (if thats a word). I suffer from bloating a lot so I was very happy that this tea made me feel less bloated and a lot more confident with myself. (Not confident enough to include pictures of body on my blog though I'm sorry)

I have been lucky enough to gather information from the Somatox company about the tea and company, thanks to the lovely Harry from Somatox for sending this information to me.

Somatox is the  brand name its made up of two words, 'Soma' meaning nectar of the gods following Ayurvedic tradition and ‘Tox’ to cleanse and detox.
The range is always a prefix of Somatox added with the product so therefore Somatox Tea and the newly added range of supplements - Somatox Supplements

The Tea differs from other companies, first of all they do the industry standard the Teatox, then developed their very own intensive weight loss tea - the Skinnytox and one for the guys as well - Mr T Tox.

Other companies use between 2g-2.5g per tea bag but somatox use 3g per tea bag therefore you're getting more tea per bag which is fantastic! Also with there being more tea per bag it means you can steep for longer and re-suse the bag throughout the day

The ingredients are also slightly different, most companies will simply use herbs and leaves, where as Somatox use some of the super food ingredients as well; for example Garcina Cambogia and Goji Berries.

"Our company philosophy really is to make sure the consumer gets the very best product that they deserve (we don’t cut corners)"

Even from reading this information, you can see just how amazing the Somatox company really are and through my experience with the company, I have found that the staff are very helpful and friendly.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that is after detox tea.

Ciao for now...

p.s. I have recently received some terrible news which means I have to be with my family so I will be taking a break from blogging for the next couple of weeks.

Loosing Weight Healthier...

Hello guys...

I am aware that many people struggle with their weight or struggle mainting their weight due to their lifestyle and how they go about their day, one thing that I have realised over the years is that excersise is just not for me, I do not enjoy it one bit. No matter how much I wish I did enjoy it, I never will so I refuse to put myself through it. A lot of people do enjoy excersising or being out being active which is very healthy and will cause a great impact if you are trying to loose or maintain your weight as long as you are keeping it to the correct and healthy amount that you should be. Don't over do it, this could seriously affect you! Please don't put yourself through harm at any point during the process that you are undergoing.
Dieting is another form of weight loss that can be annoying and tiring because no matter what you do you're either not eating enough, not loosing the weight you want or becoming emotional because you're missing out foods such as chocolate (we all need chocolate and sugar in our diet at least some where.) I find that cutting food down to smaller portions and not snacking is a much more better and healthier process. This way you aren't cutting meals and you're filling up on proper foods. Having at least one small sugary snack throughout your day will not affect you as much as eating huge portions. Your body needs at least a fragment of sugar to cooperate throughout the day.
I have found that herbal teabags are one of the best ways to help loose or maintain weight. One of the best types of herbal teabags that I have used is Bootea. I bought a box around Christmas time in order to help me maintain and hopefully loose weight throughout the Christmas period, I wasn't dieting as much during the season or exercising but by using these teabags, I was able to still drop a few pounds and you can really see the difference. It made me feel good about myself. With it almost being Summer, I think that herbal teabags are worth having a go at. However some individuals do get a bad stomach from using these teabags which I would advise you not to use if you suffer from this problem already.
Dieting pills may be a solution that you enjoy using and feel like they are working. However, a few individuals have now died from taking an overdose of dieting pills, so please try and stay away from them for your own safety.

I hope that these suggestions have helped you to loose weight in a healthy way. If you have any questions, feel free to email me or leave a comment.
